PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

At Landish our best efforts are put toward maintaining an updated inventory. Should an item be out of stock, you will be notified promptly and given the choice between receiving a refund, swap for a different item or wait for the item to be restocked and sent at a later date.

RETURN POLICY

All Landish products purchased on landish.ca except our 1 kg Pure Canadian Hydrolyzed Marine Collagen can be returned within 30 days of purchase. We do not accept returns on the 1 kg format of Pure Canadian Hydrolyzed Marine Collagen. Note that returns must include any associated promotional product (received for free or at a discount) or the regular price of the product received on promotion will be subtracted from the refund amount.

PRODUCT SUBSCRIPTIONS

Landish offers subscription plans for its products on the basis of a 30-day, 60-day, 90-day or 120-Day* delivery interval. For more information about our subscriptions, please visit our FAQs. Please note that all sales are final and non-refundable. *Pure marine collagen only.

When you register for a subscription, you expressly acknowledge and agree that Landish or our third party payment processor) is automatically authorized to charge you on a scheduled basis for your subscription (in addition to any applicable taxes and other charges) for as long as your subscription continues, and (b) your subscription is continuous until you cancel it or we suspend or stop providing access to the sites or products in accordance with these terms. You acknowledge and agree that landish will not obtain any additional authorization from you for such automatic, recurring payments. You may skip your subscription order as often as you’d like by managing your delivery schedule on your delivery schedule page.

SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION POLICY

Your subscription will automatically renew until you cancel. You may cancel in your account settings on https://landish.ca/login or by emailing us at hello@landish.co and following the instructions you receive. You may cancel at any time, but if you cancel after the daily cutoff (12 am et on the day prior to your upcoming renewal), you will still receive, and be charged for, the next week’s shipment. You will be responsible for all charges (including any applicable taxes and other charges) incurred prior to the cancellation of your subscription. In this case, you will not be refunded.

In the event you cancel your subscription to Landish products, please note that we may still send you promotional communications about Landish, unless you opt out of receiving those communications by following the instructions to unsubscribe provided in each of such communication.
