1 cup boiling water
2 butterfly pea flower tea bags
5 mint leaves
1 tbsp Landish Marine Collagen Beauty Blend
1 cup coconut water
1 tsp lime juice
1 tsp lemon juice
½ tbsp honey (to taste)

Place tea bags and mint leaves In a heatproof glass or mug. Add boiling water and let steep for 5 minutes.2.
Squeeze the excess liquid out of the tea bags and remove mint leaves. Mix in honey and Marine Collagen Beauty Blend with a whisk or frother until dissolved. Place tea in the fridge to cool for about 10 minutes.3.
While the tea cools, combine coconut water, lime, and lemon juice in a small glass or bowl.4.
Fill a large glass with ice, pouring the cooled butterfly pea flower tea overtop. Add in coconut lemon-lime mixture and watch the colour change to purple!
