Protein-packed oats fuel the day with mighty matcha, functional mushrooms + collagen.
This green beauty is a quick and easy way to work the benefits of functional mushrooms and matcha into your morning routine. It’s packed with Landish Pure Marine Collagen for the joints, skin, and body, organic lion's mane mushroom for cognitive support, matcha for even more of a brain boost plus antioxidants, and lemna (also known as water lentil) for added protein.
To add even more irresistible coconut flavour, use coconut milk.
1 cup milk (of choice)
½ cup coconut water
½ cup whole rolled oats
1 tbsp ground flaxseeds
1 tbsp shredded coconut
1 ½ tbsp Landish Pure Marine Collagen
1 ½ tbsp Landish Matcha Latte
1 tbsp honey
Toppings
1 small kiwi
½ banana
¼ cup blueberries
1 tbsp coconut flakes
Place the coconut water, milk, shredded coconut, ground flaxseeds, and oats into a saucepan and cook on medium heat.
Bring to a boil and reduce the heat to a simmer.
Cook uncovered for approximately 8 minutes, stirring often. The oats should still have some excess liquid.
Pour in Landish Pure Marine Collagen, Landish Matcha Latte Mix, and honey into the hot oatmeal. Mix well with a whisk. Cover with a lid and let sit for 4 minutes.
Pour oatmeal into a bowl and top with sliced kiwi and banana. Garnish with coconut flakes and add a dash of milk if desired.
