Ingredients


Pudding

¼ cup buckwheat
½ cup water
Small pinch of salt
½ cup unsweetened oat milk
½ tbsp maple syrup
¼ tsp vanilla extract
⅛ tsp nutmeg
1 tbsp Landish Marine Collagen Beauty Blend

Toppings

1 tbsp dried cranberries
1 tbsp raw cashews
1 tbsp raw pumpkin seeds

Steps


1.

In a small saucepan, combine buckwheat, water, and salt. Set the heat to high and bring to a boil.

Cover and reduce heat to a simmer for 8-10 minutes, until water is completely absorbed and the buckwheat is soft.

3.

Add oat milk, vanilla extract, maple syrup, and nutmeg to the saucepan. Increase heat to medium, cooking uncovered for 5-8 minutes until the mixture thickens.

4.

Add in the Marine Collagen Beauty Blend with a spoon, stirring well.

5.

Pour the pudding into a bowl, and top it with dried cranberries, cashews, and pumpkin seeds. Serve with an extra splash of oat milk for an even creamier treat.
