Ingredients
1 ½ cups of yogurt
2 tablespoons of Landish Spirulina Nutritional Shake
1 ½ tbsps of Landish Marine Collagen
1 tbsp of nut or seed butter
* Optional: drizzle honey or maple syrup
Instruction
Stir powders and seed or nut butter into a bowl of yogurt
Top with fruits and nuts of your choice.
