Reishi Mushroom Chai Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1 scoop of peanut or seed butter
  • 400 ml of your milk of choice (almond, oat, regular or cashew etc)
  • Landish Functional Mushroom Protein Powder Chocolate or Chai
  • 4-5 ice cubes

Add a heaping spoonful of Landish Marine Collagen for even more benefits!

 

Instructions

Add ingredients in a blender, blend until smooth and enjoy!
