Reishi Mushroom Chai Smoothie

- 1 banana
- 1 scoop of peanut or seed butter
- 400 ml of your milk of choice (almond, oat, regular or cashew etc)
Landish Functional Mushroom Protein Powder Chocolate or Chai
- 4-5 ice cubes
Add a heaping spoonful of Landish Marine Collagen for even more benefits!
Add ingredients in a blender, blend until smooth and enjoy!
