  • 400 ml of your milk of choice
  • 2 heaping scoops of Landish Protein Powder (reishi mushroom, spirulina or cricket powder)

Add a heaping spoonful of Landish Marine Collagen for even more benefits!


Add to a shaker cup, shake as needed.
