Ingredients


1 cup milk (of choice)
½ cup coconut water
½ cup whole rolled oats
1 tbsp ground flaxseeds
1 tbsp shredded coconut
1 ½ tbsp Landish Pure Marine Collagen
1 ½ tbsp Landish Matcha Latte
1 tbsp honey

Toppings

1 small kiwi
½ banana
¼ cup blueberries
1 tbsp coconut flakes
   

Steps


 

1.

Place the coconut water, milk, shredded coconut, ground flaxseeds, and oats into a saucepan and cook on medium heat.

2.

Bring to a boil and reduce the heat to a simmer.

3.

Cook uncovered for approximately 8 minutes, stirring often. The oats should still have some excess liquid.

4.

Pour in Landish Pure Marine Collagen, Landish Matcha Latte Mix, and honey into the hot oatmeal. Mix well with a whisk. Cover with a lid and let sit for 4 minutes.

5.

Pour oatmeal into a bowl and top with sliced kiwi and banana. Garnish with coconut flakes and add a dash of milk if desired.
