Chocolate Protein Banana Oatmeal Cookies

  • 2 bananas
  • 1/2 cup Reishi Mushroom Nutritional Shake 
  • 1/4 quinoa flour 
  • 3/4 cup oats
  • 1/4 brown or maple sugar 
  • 1 ts extra virgin olive oil
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup semisweet or dark chocolate chips 


Mash the bananas until there are no more clumps. Mix in all the other ingredients until well incorporated together.

Spoon out 12 portions onto a parchment lined baking tray. Bake at 350°F for 10- 12 minutes.
