Ingredients


1 heaping cup frozen mixed berries
1 small ripe banana, sliced and frozen (if you don't have a frozen banana, add a handful of ice cubes)
2 cups milk of your choice (we love oat!)
2-3 tbsp oat milk (plus more as needed)
1 tbsp any Landish protein boosters or nutritional shakes
Optional toppings: shredded unsweetened coconut, chia seeds, granola, fruit, nuts.

Steps


1.

Add all ingredients to a blender, and blend until smooth.

2.

Pour into a bowl and top with desired toppings.

3.

If you find the consistency too thick, you can always add some more milk, little by little, to the blender.
