Ingredients


1 tbsp Landish SmarterBerries
1 small ripe banana
2-3 tbsp milk of choice
3 ice cubes
Optional: add toppings like shredded unsweetened coconut, chia seeds, granola, fruit and nuts for added flavour.

Want a boost? 
Add 1.5 tbsp of Landish Marine Collagen

Add all ingredients to a blender, and blend until smooth.

2.

Pour into a bowl and top with desired toppings.

3.

If you find the consistency too thick, you can always add some more milk, little by little, to the blender.
