1 tbsp Landish SmarterBerries Juice Mix
400 ml of your milk of choice
1 cup plain yogurt
1 banana

Want a boost?

Add 1.5 tbsp of Landish Marine Collagen
Add 1 tbsp of Canadian Cricket Powder for a source of vitamin B12

Steps


1.

Add all the ingredients into a blender.

2.

Blend until smooth.

3.

If you find your smoothie is too thick, you can always add some more oat milk, little by little, to the blender.
