Banana Oatmeal Protein Pancakes
YIELD: 10 PANCAKES
½ cup coconut milk 3 eggs 1 banana 2 tbsp maple syrup ⅓ cup of Landish 5 Plant Protein Powder 1 cup rolled oats 2 tsp baking powder
¼ - ½ tsp salt

In a blender, add coconut milk, eggs, banana, maple syrup, rolled oats, baking powder, salt, and Landish 5 Plant Protein Powder
Blend until smooth
Heat skillet over medium heat; once warmed, lightly coat with coconut oil or butter
Once the pan is hot, add ⅓ cup of the batter for each pancake and cook for 2-4 minutes until the pancakes slightly puff up and you see a few bubbles along the edges
Flip cakes and cook until golden brown on underside
Drizzle with maple syrup and toppings of choice
